How do I Top Up a Customers wallet if they are offline?

Offline payments allow customers to pay without having an internet connection. To do this click on Offline payment button.
Scan the users QRCode
Enter in the amount to charge the customer and click Proceed
Hand the phone to the customer to enter their PIN number and then click Proceed
If successful, you should get a success message
User should get a notification once their connected back up to internet
