  • Staff at Checkout: Refunds from a Merchant Checkout can be initiated 5 minutes after a transaction is processed. Once 5 minutes have passed, the transaction is considered finalized at the checkout level.
  • Merchant Admins: Refunds from Merchant Admins have a 48-hour window from the time of the transaction to process refunds, regardless of checkout finalization. After this time the transaction is finalised.
