How do I KYC a Merchant?

The Know Your Customer (KYC) process is performed by the Smartie Staff on behalf of Merchants.


Step 1: Download and Install the Smartie Merchant App on iOS or Android
Step 2: Open the app and go through the registration process to register your business
Step 3: Send an email with the following:


TO: support@smartie.com 
FROM: [Your Email Address]
SUBJECT: KYC [Your Business Name]
ATTACHMENT: [Supporting Documents]
Step 4: Smartie staff will review your supporting documentation and if they satisfy KYC requirements then your merchant account will be approved and you will have full access to the application.
