How to top up a customer without an internet connection using Offline Payment?

If a customer doesn't have an internet connection they can still pay you using the Offline payment method:

  1. Click Offline payment 
  2. Scan the customers QR Code 
  3. Get customer to enter their PIN into the Merchant Checkout 
  4. Enter Amount > Click Proceed
