To transfer money from your Business Bank Account to your SmartPay Wallet using Merchant Web. 


On Merchant Web

Click on Transactions > Add Money > Bank transfer or deposit > Choose your bank from the dropdown list > take note of the bank account details 


On Online Banking

Log in to your banks online banking website > make a transfer using the banks online system > Allow for 1-3 days for bank processing. Once funds are received, your SmartPay Wallet will be credited.
