Action Buttons:

  • Send/Request: Allows merchants to send money to others or request money from others. This can be used for paying suppliers, receiving payments from customers, etc.
  • Bill Pay: Enables merchants to pay bills directly from their merchant account. This can include utility bills, rent, or other recurring expenses.
  • Add Money: Facilitates adding funds to the merchant account from various sources such as a bank account or credit card.
  • Transfer to Bank: Allows transferring funds from the merchant account to a linked bank account. Useful for consolidating earnings or paying oneself.
  • Create Template: Helps in creating payment templates for transactions that are frequently performed by the merchant. This saves time by automating the details for regular payments.
Tabs:
  • Transactions: Displays the list of all transactions. This is the default view.
  • Templates: Manage and create transaction templates that are commonly used. For example, paying regular suppliers or recurring expenses.
  • Scheduled: View and manage scheduled transactions. Merchants can set payment schedules for recurring payments to ensure timely disbursements.
Transactions List:
  • Date and Time: Shows the date and time of each transaction.
  • Transaction Details: Provides details of each transaction, including the name of the person involved (e.g., Ano Tisam) and the transaction type (e.g., Payroll to Ano Tisam).
  • Amount: Displays the transaction amount, with negative values indicating debits and positive values indicating credits.

Transaction Filters:

  • Search Bar: Search for specific transactions by entering keywords or amounts.
  • Download: Download the transaction history in a file format for offline records.
  • Filter: Apply filters to the transaction list to view specific types of transactions, date ranges, or amounts.


Transaction Summary: A summary of the total transactions at the bottom of the list (not fully visible in the screenshot). This section provides a quick overview of the total inflows and outflows.

Usage Instructions

  1. Viewing Transactions: Click Transactions are listed chronologically. Use the scroll bar to navigate through the list. Click on individual transactions for more details.

  2. Performing Actions:

    • Send/Request: Click to initiate a transaction where you can either send money to a recipient or request money from them. Fill in the required details like recipient name, amount, and description.
    • Bill Pay: Click to access the bill payment interface. Select the biller, enter the amount, and schedule the payment if necessary.
    • Add Money: Click to add funds to your merchant account. Choose the funding source, enter the amount, and confirm the transfer.
    • Transfer to Bank: Click to move funds from your merchant account to a linked bank account. Enter the transfer amount and select the bank account.
    • Create Template: Click to create a new template. Enter the payment details such as payee information, amount, and any recurring schedule if applicable. Save the template for future use.
  3. Managing Filters: Utilize the search bar and filter options to quickly find specific transactions based on criteria like date, amount, or transaction type.
