We understand that plans can change, and you may need to cancel your food order. Here’s how it works:
🕒 When Can I Cancel?You can cancel your order only if the restaurant has not accepted it yet.
✅ Order Not Accepted Yet: You can cancel your order.
❌ Order Already Accepted: You cannot cancel the order once the restaurant has accepted it, as they may have already started preparing your food.
Open the Smartie app.
Go to the Orders section.
Tap on the order you want to cancel.
If the restaurant hasn’t accepted it yet, you’ll see a Cancel Order button.
Tap Cancel Order and confirm.
If the Cancel button is no longer available, this means the restaurant has already accepted your order and cancellation is not possible.
